Restaurant POS
The order is only the beginning.
iGotYouBruhh connects the restaurant POS to stations, employees, completion records, inventory, online ordering, and the work required to get every order out the door.
The problem
The note was on the ticket. The burger still had onions.
Buried in the ticket
"No onions" sits on line six of a printout, in the same font as everything else.
Wrong station
The grill sees the burger. The packing station never learns the sauce goes on the side.
Nobody owns it
Everyone saw the order. No one was clearly responsible for the step that got missed.
No record
When a customer complains, nobody can say who made it, or when.
The station card
Everything the cook needs, on one card.

Depends on
Customer requests show up in red.
"No onions" or an allergy note isn't buried in the ticket. Options you mark as important appear on the card in red, where the person making the item sees them. Make important instructions harder to miss.
A timer against the target.
Each card counts down against its target time, so the station can see what's on track and what's starting to run late.
Know who is working on it.
The people assigned to the card are right on it. When a question comes up, you know who to ask.
Steps across stations.
One order can split into steps at different stations: grill, then packing. A step shows what it's waiting for, so nothing gets packed before it's made.
One tap moves it forward.
Pending, preparing, ready. Each tap moves the work one step and leaves a record. Track completed work, and know who completed it.
See what's left, on the card.
The top of the card shows the steps still to do on the whole order, at every station. Finished steps drop off, so the cook sees what is in progress and what is waiting.
Completion records
Don't just know that an order exists. Know what happened to it.
