Who we are

IGotYouBruhh is based in Quebec, Canada. Contact us at customerSupport@igotyoubruhh.ca. We are working on a mailing address. "IGotYouBruhh" and its logo are our trademarks.

The service

IGotYouBruhh helps small businesses run their day: a point of sale, order and station boards, task and project scheduling, staff scheduling and time clock, automations between them, and a marketplace where businesses and workers find each other. Features may change as we improve the product; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a billing period without telling you.

Who can use IGotYouBruhh

You must be at least 18 to create a business, subscribe to a paid plan or accept these Terms on behalf of a business. You must be at least 16 to join a business as a worker. If you accept these Terms for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Accounts and roles

Keep your password secret and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. A business owner decides who joins the business and what each role may see and do; the owner is responsible for the permissions they grant and for what their team does in the business's workspace.

Paid plan, renewal and taxes

The Free plan costs nothing and allows up to 3 people (the owner counts) and 20 activities per business; paid plans lift these limits. The Pro plan costs CA$75 per month per business. Before you pay, the Billing page shows the price, what is included and the renewal date.

• Pro renews automatically every month and is charged to your card through Stripe until you cancel.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars. We are not currently registered to collect GST/QST. If that changes, applicable taxes will be added and shown to you before you are charged.
• We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. You can cancel before it takes effect.
• After you subscribe, we send you a copy of this contract (these Terms and your plan details) by email within 15 days.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks, from the Billing page (also reachable from your account menu and our Legal center). You keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can resume before that date. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it. Cancelling your plan does not delete your data; your business moves to the Free plan.

Your data

Your business owns the data it puts into IGotYouBruhh: products, orders, customers, schedules, time and pay records, tasks. You give us permission to host, copy and process that data only to provide and secure the service for you, and to follow your instructions about it. We may produce aggregated statistics that do not identify you, your business or any person, to understand and improve the service. You can export your data; if your business closes its account, it has 90 days to export before we delete it, except records we must keep by law. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

• If you enter information about your own customers or staff, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for telling them how you use it.
• Your business page and anything you mark as public in the marketplace can be seen by anyone.

Our property

The software, design, text and brand of IGotYouBruhh belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

The IGotYouBruhh Agent app

You may install the IGotYouBruhh Agent on Android devices used by your business, only from our website. It is licensed, not sold, under the same limits as the rest of the service. Printing depends on your printer, device and network, which we don't control.

Acceptable use

Don't use IGotYouBruhh to break the law, harm or harass people, send spam, collect other people's information without permission, access accounts or data that aren't yours, overload or probe the service, or get around its security or limits.

Prohibited and unsafe products

If you list, sell, promote, or distribute products through IGotYouBruhh, you agree to the following. A product being available for sale elsewhere on the internet does not mean it is permitted on IGotYouBruhh.

• You must not list or sell products that are illegal under applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not list products that are prohibited, recalled, banned, or restricted from sale.
• You must not list products that could pose an unreasonable risk of injury, poisoning, or other serious harm.
• You must comply with all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including any requirements specific to Quebec where applicable.
• If you sell age-restricted products (for example alcohol, cannabis or tobacco), you are responsible for checking your customers' age and holding any required licence.
• Restricted products may require additional verification, documentation, licences, or manual approval before they can be listed. We may ask you for this information at any time.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your products and listings comply with applicable laws and regulations, regardless of any review or approval by us.
• You are responsible for your product information, including ingredients, allergens, nutrition and expiry dates, even when it was filled in from a third-party catalog.

Restricted product categories

The following categories are commonly restricted or prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive: a product does not need to appear below to be prohibited, and we may restrict additional products when required by law or where there is a safety concern.

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, and prohibited weapons
• Explosives and explosive materials
• Illegal or restricted chemicals and toxic substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Products subject to a safety recall
• Products prohibited by applicable consumer-product safety regulations
• Products that require a licence or authorization the seller cannot provide
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegally marketed products

How listings are reviewed

We do not determine, and do not claim to determine, whether a product is legally permitted or safe everywhere it might be viewed or bought. We use product-safety rules, prohibited-product lists, recall information, product identifiers, automated checks and human review where appropriate to help find listings that may break this policy. These checks reduce risk but cannot catch everything. A listing will be APPROVED (may be published), REVIEW REQUIRED (needs more review or information from you) or BLOCKED (cannot be published). You must not change, hide, misspell or omit product information to get around these checks.

Suspension and closing an account

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, doesn't pay, or puts other people or the service at risk. Unless the situation is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. You can close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. Closing a business or deleting an account does not cancel your plan by itself: we ask whether you also want your Stripe account deleted. If you say yes, we cancel your plan and delete your billing record and payments account where Stripe allows it. If you say no, your plan keeps billing until you cancel it on the Billing page.

Payment providers and other services

When your business takes payments, the payment provider you connect (Stripe, Square or Clover) processes them under its own terms, and your agreement with your customers is between you and them. We are not a party to your sales and are not responsible for a third-party service's availability.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep IGotYouBruhh available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, and except for our intentional or gross fault, our total liability to a business for any claim is limited to the amount it paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection law that cannot be waived, and the limits above do not apply to you where that law prohibits them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where they live. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies, showing the new wording and when it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel or close your account before then, at no cost and without penalty. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
