Cookie policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a few that are needed for the site to work and some for measuring our marketing.

Necessary

These make the site work and can't be switched off.

Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token): keeps you signed in. Until you sign out.
Language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers English or French. 1 year.
App preferences stored in your browser (for example the business you're working in). Until you sign out or clear them.

Measurement and advertising

On our marketing pages we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, and we store which campaign brought you here.

Campaign (UTM_source, UTM_medium, UTM_campaign, UTM_term, UTM_content, UTM_id): 30 days.
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): up to 2 years.
Google Ads (_gcl_*): up to 90 days.
Meta (_fbp, _fbc): up to 90 days.

We are adding a cookie banner so these load only after you accept, and so you can change your choice at any time. Until it is live, you can block them with your browser's settings or a content blocker; the site keeps working.

Inside the app

We are removing marketing tags from the signed-in app. Error monitoring (Sentry) runs there to help us fix bugs; session replays hide the text and inputs on your screen.

Your choices

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
